Schedule your tour of Lux Apartments in Downtown Bellevue! We’re excited to show off your future home with AC, full-sized laundry, and walk-in closets in every home. Let us show you the attention to detail, sense of community and joy only a Low Tide Experience can bring.

Parking Details for Your Tour

Street Parking:

There are 2 parallel parking spots directly in front of Lux Apartments available for Future Resident parking. Once outside our front door, please use our callbox and press “leasing office” to be granted access.

Garage Parking:

If street parking is unavailable, please turn into the drive that leads to the garage entrance. Once at the garage door, please call us. We will grant you access through the gate.

The parking spaces immediately past the door are available for Future Resident and guest parking.

From there, you will see a fire door with a call box screen to the right. You pass through that door to the elevator. Take the elevator to the 1st floor lobby. Turn left to walk into the main lobby to be greeted by one of our amazing leasing team members.

NOTE: A valid photo ID will be required to tour our community.
